At the US Army Quartermaster Center & School (QMC&S) IMC provides Automation and Administrative Support Services. The Automation Team provides a wide range of IT hardware, software and user assistance services to the QMC&S staff and students. Beginning in June 2007 IMC successfully hired the incumbent performers and expanded the team from 11 to 20 people.
IMC also provides hosting and management for the March To Success website (www.march2success.com) for the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. Immediately after contract start in 2006 IMC successfully recoded the site into a structured and documented architecture and re hosted it in a secure facility with improved functionality and no loss in user access. Since 2006 IMC has maintained a 99%+ site user availability while continuing to make documentation, usability, functionality and security improvements.
For the Army's National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) IMC manages development, fielding and support for the TechWatch Tool (TWT) that provides support to NGIC analysts in the process of making predictions of threat technology predictions. In this third prime contact to provide tools to support the analysts at the NGIC IMC has continued to improve the Tool's capabilities while providing the required user support and successfully completing the IA process for hosting the Tool on the SIPRNET.
